The Career Services team invited Ms. Angela Lee, a seasoned HR professional in both private and public sectors, to conduct an Advanced Interviewing Skills Workshop for the part-time MBA students. The workshop equipped the participants with strategic skills for behavioural & competency-based interviews.

Through the group discussion and role play exercises, the workshop helped participants to understand the assessment guidelines and selection decisions. Angela also highlighted the importance of authentic presence and gave her advice on interview preparation from both the employer’s and the candidate’s perspective.
