HKU MBA Career Development and Training recently invited MJ Jennings to conduct a workshop on effective networking skills. MJ started off her interactive session by having the students introspect to understand their strengths and personal brand, enabling them to construct their elevator pitches. The students thoroughly enjoyed being creative in this session, learning how to think outside the box to eliminate internal and external biases to enhance and further strengthen their networking skills.
