Full-time MBA

I graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa with a master’s degree in Statistics, and then worked in banking and healthcare before starting my consulting career in customer strategy and insights. I became a lead consultant where I managed client engagements and projects. My favourite project was developing a customer retention strategy for an Africa Pay-TV firm.

Having gained extensive experience working across Africa, I decided to learn more about business in Asia, as I believe it will be a key partner for Africa going forward. Thus, HKU was the perfect choice for me. Hong Kong is in the heart of Asia and the gateway into Mainland China. Furthermore, at HKU, case studies have an Asian focus and there is the added benefit of studying at CBS, LBS or Fudan through the HKU MBA partnership programme.

My experience so far has been amazing. The quality and diversity of my classmates and my professors is outstanding. It is truly phenomenal that in a month I have already made so many great friends and I look forward to the challenges ahead.
