Full-time MBA

I graduated with a degree in Economics from the University in Japan. Prior to HKU MBA, I worked as a manager of corporate planning department for a Japanese leading asset manager. I handled corporate issues such as shareholder meetings and board meetings to support smooth decision making by closely working with the senior management.

I chose to pursue an MBA to add more formal management and leadership expertise to my existing skills. My interest in HKU MBA was driven by the programme’s strength in experiential-learning approach and leadership development environment.

I picked HKU MBA because I found the learning environment to be so welcoming. What truly confirmed my desire to be at HKU MBA were the people. All class members from all over the world are talented, friendly and energetic. Also, every member of alumni, faculty, MBA office and Career Development Office is very supportive. I really enjoy my MBA journey with my classmates and all HKU families.

Furthermore, HKU MBA offers a chance to study in Hong Kong and New York. I am looking forward to joining this opportunity to stay in the two financial centers in the world and discuss the overall global business topics with students or businesspeople who have different cultural or business backgrounds. I am sure I can have some lively experience to understand how I can lead and contribute to a diverse team during HKU MBA programme.
